This djembe has been lathe turned from a single log of #1 grade, kiln dried mahogany wood. We hand tighten all drums that we sell, so you will get a nice sounding drum. These drums are approximately 24 inch tall. These drums are made to be played - not like the cheap handicraft drums which might look good but sound terrible. Bar Chimes
