Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order is received.
U.S. Shipments
All shipments in the U.S. are shipped Fedex Ground. Each order is insured against breakage.
We will email you tracking numbers once item is shipped.

International orders 
Sometimes Paypal does not not do correct shipping amounts on International orders.
We will email you after order is placed to let you know correct shipping amount. 
You will have the option to cancel your order if shipping is too much.
  

Out of Stock

If  product is out of stock  we'll inform you within 48 hours by email or phone.
You will have the option of changing your order. Otherwise we will refund your money.

Returns

Mystika guarantees your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase from us.

Any undamaged items can be returned for any reason within 21 days.
 Upon receipt of the item, we will give you a store credit for the price of the item.

 All returns must be in as-shipped condition.


Sorry, no refunds can be made after 30 days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we made an error.
In the case of defective product, please contact us for information on
obtaining a replacement product.
